When will I have a picture from Love & Paper with me?

It depends on which option you choose. You can download the digital version for finished illustrations immediately after payment. The printed version of the finished illustration will be sent to you within 5 working days of the order being placed. We will usually create a custom illustration within 1 month of order confirmation, you can then download the digital version immediately and we will send the printed version within another 5 days at the latest.

If I order a digital version of an illustration from you, where can I download it?

After you have paid for your order by credit card, the relevant downloads will appear on the purchase page for the finished illustration. We will also send you a link to this page to the email you provide when you create your order. For a custom digital illustration, we will email you the download link as soon as it is completed.

Can I download the image later?

Your order confirmation will be waiting for you in the safety of your email inbox with a link to download the illustration, which you will have forever.

Can I give the image as a gift?

Of course! Illustrations are a beautiful gift that will grace any interior. You can order both printed and digital versions for your gift recipients.

Can I post the illustration on my website or social media?

We would of course love it if you show off an illustration from us on the web and social media, but please respect and abide by the digital product license. Our images have been created with the purpose of beautifying your homes, so when sharing illustrations online, you must always credit the creator. If you would like to use any of the illustrations in your project, please let us know at hello@loveandpaper.studio and we will discuss this with you individually.

Can you combine print and digital illustrations in your order?

Of course! Choose as many as your throat (and the blank walls in your home) will allow. We'll send you the downloadable images now and the printed images later.

Are the images of sufficient quality for me to print them at home?

Yes! The files that we prepare for you to download are of impeccable quality and there is nothing to prevent you from printing them in the format you want on any printer.

Can I order illustrations from you on COD or invoice with payment due?

We currently only have credit card payment available online immediately after you place your order. Our website will automatically redirect you to a payment gateway after you confirm your order.
